We ship within Switzerland. Shipping costs 7 CHF and is free from 50 CHF (after any discount). Subscriptions always ship free.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You receive a confirmation email at payment, then a second email with the tracking number when the parcel leaves. Tracking is also visible in your customer area.

Returns: you have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Write to us first via the contact form; refunds are made to the original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened pouches cannot be taken back. A product damaged on delivery is replaced or refunded.

This website is published by NŪRA, a Swiss functional beverage brand. Contact: via the form on the home page.

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included. Payment is processed by Stripe; NŪRA never stores card data.

Our products are foods. Descriptions cover taste, composition and the moment of enjoyment — not health effects. They are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and people under treatment: seek advice from a healthcare professional.

We only collect what is necessary: your email and name when you order, write to us or subscribe to the newsletter, plus the delivery address passed on by Stripe to ship your parcel.

This data is used to process your orders, answer your messages and, if you consented, send our newsletter. It is neither sold nor shared. You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to us.

Payment is operated by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.), subject to its own privacy policy. Transactional emails are sent by our email provider.
